Had a sweet as stay, eh? Room was comfy, but the shower was tiny and breakfast staff could've been friendlier. Location's pretty handy too, just a walk to city centre.

It was fairly clean, staff was pleasant and amazingly kind. The location was comfortable, near to the centre of town. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Campo Di Marte district. The hotel was beautiful little, we had an excellent time and would return here.

The location looked nice at first glance, but I had to wait forever for a glass to be cleaned, how absurd! Then, in my room the sheets were stained and the floor was dusty, totally unacceptable. I expected a welcome gift or upgrade for all my troubles but instead got a disappointing experience. Just couldn't.

Excellent value for money, good location, delicious breakfasts, responsive staff.
No curtain in the bathroom. Rooms already need repair, but are cleaned qualitatively.

accommodation is well located, staff is friendly, room is generally comfortable.
There were several aspects that we did not like: . 1. My wife had to ask for an individual heater to be able to sleep because of the cold, even though it was not the winter season. The information we were given at the hotel was that by law they had to keep the hotel heaters off from mid-April. The breakfast was good, the same every day, however, the first day the eggs and black coffee were served cold. The other days there was no such problem, and breakfast was generally good. 3. The bathtub in our room had a significant water leak, which together with the absence of half of the door, generated significant flooding in the bathroom, which forced us to use towels from the room every morning to try to mitigate the flooding . 4. In general, the stay there was acceptable, however, with all these faults, it is clear that the price/performance ratio is high.

we had a very pleasant time. everything in this hotel was perfect: handy location and efficient staff. the breakfast was simple continental with various drinks and pastries, as example and the ambience was special. a twin room with a lovely old classic charm and bath, as example was ready when we arrived.

Great vibes and comfy rooms!
The room was spacious and super nice! Had a cute little breakfast lounge where I could grab some snacks and hang out. Loved being just a short stroll from the main sights. My only gripe was that the shower was kinda cramped. Still, the staff were awesome and really helpful!

Significant noise levels from both the street and reception area disrupted my sleep. The shower was quite cramped. Walking back to the hotel can be quite exhausting, especially after a long day of exploring, as it takes about 20 minutes from the city center. Breakfast options seemed limited, with some items not replenished as they should have been, and the breakfast area itself lacked a cute atmosphere, being located in the basement without any windows.

The hotel is in a good position to explore everything. We visited the Uffizi Gallery and strolled through Ponte Vecchio. The rooms were comfy, and check-in was easy. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, which worked for our busy mornings. A solid choice.
We had a hiccup with the air conditioning in our room on the second day. It was disappointing, but the staff was prompt to offer us another room. Unfortunately, that one also had issues, leaving us a bit tired.
